Jordan Coene is a performer and the owner of Once Upon A Daydream Parties. Becoming a princess has been her dream since she was a little girl. As a child, she would never leave the house without a dress on. Jordan is is a graduate from LIU Post with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has been in over 150 theatrical productions including: Beauty and The Beast (Belle), All Shook Up (Ed/Natalie), Little Shop Of Horrors (Audrey), and Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown). In addition to theatrical performances, Jordan has been seen on multiple TV shows, movies, and commercials. She could be heard singing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for 5 years in a row. She was also a featured role in the TV show, The Hunt: With John Walsh and more. She is so excited to be creating magic with all of the kingdoms of Long Island!
Danielle Decastro is a current senior at LIU Post. She is currently a member of PCDC (Post Concert Dance Company) and performed in PTC’s “Fever Dream” last semester. She is has also performed with the Cape Cod Conservatory Jazz Band the past two summers and loves using her performances to bring joy to others.
Nick Olsen has been an avid Theater and Music lover for years. He started off his career as a signed model with Wilhelmina in NYC. He has been busy in the theater world ever since he was a kid. Currently a Senior at Long Island University for Musical Theater, Nick has performed as Pippin in Pippin and Orpheus in Polaroid Stories including many more. Nick has 4 younger siblings and is great with kids. Nick is excited to work for Once Upon a Daydream and can’t wait to see the smiles on the kids faces when they see their favorite princesses and princes!
María Meouchi (she/her) is currently a senior Musical Theatre major and Arts Management minor at LIU Post. She was born and raised in Mexico but came to the US to pursue her dreams. María was last seen in Post Theatre Company's production of American Psycho (Evelyn Williams) directed by Sarah Hartmann. She has also been a part of Post Concert Dance Company’s Perspectives and Prominence at the LIU Mainstage and Symphony Space in NYC. Other credits include Heather Chandler in Heathers (Universidad de Monterrey), Perón's Mistress in EVITA (Universidad de Monterrey), Soul Girl/Ensemble in Jesus Christ Superstar (Universidad de Monterrey) and more!
Natalie Baquet has been performing since her childhood in a variety of ways. She began training as a competitive dancer starting at the age of 7, and graduated from The Long Island High School For The Arts as a dance major. Natalie is now a dance teacher, as well as a choreographer in the theatre industry. Natalie has an extensive background in theatre as well, starting at the age of 11. Some past credits include: The Little Mermaid (Ariel), Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), Grease (Sandy Dumbrowski), Seussical (Gertrude McFuzz) and Into The Woods (The Witch). Natalie has always loved bringing joy to children, even at a young age, and hopes that she can continue to make a positive impact on children everywhere!
(she/her) Born and raised in Puerto Rico; she is currently a senior gaining a BFA in Musical Theatre at Long Island University Post. She has also trained in contemporary and modern dance at NYU Tisch Dance during the Summer of 2019. Most recently she performed as Jasmine in Pipeline at the Peterborough Players. Other credits include: Rosie in Cabaret (Peterborough Players); Dance Captain and Deena u/s in The Emperor's New Clothes (Peterborough Players); Ensemble in In The Heights (Centro de Bellas Artes Luis A. Ferré); Jesus in the world premiere of Dogs of Peace: A Fantasia on the Hardship of Being (Post Theatre Company); dancer and u/s in Post Concert Dance Company’s Prominence (Symphony Space NYC). Native to Brooklyn and residing in Long Island, Mahi is an Indian-American actress who juggles being a wife, mother, and teacher, as well as working in theater as a director, music director, and choreographer for children of all ages. She is pleased to dust off her princess shoes (or bare feet haha) working with Once Upon A Daydream Parties, and spreading magic with children. Mahi has worked in numerous children’s theater productions, some favorites include: Wizard of Oz (Wicked Witch); Willy Wonka (Augustus Gloop); Frog and Toad (Turtle/Bird/Squirrel/Mole); & Madagascar (Skipper). . Mahi gives thanks to Jordan for the opportunity to make a childhood wish come true, her two beautiful daughters, and to Gio, for his love, mentorship, and for being a constant inspiration.
Sloan Huber is a Senior musical theater student at LIU Post. During her high school career, she performed in many shows but a few are as follows: Beauty and the Beast, West Side Story, Hairspray, Footloose, Les miserables, and Mis Saigon. She is excited to further her education in musical theater with LIU. This program provides a great opportunity to perform when performance is otherwise not possible.
Lainee Jentz has been preforming for 7+ years! She is currently a Senior musical theater major at LIU. Lainee has lots of theater experiences being seen in Chicago (Mama), Shrek: The Musical (Pig 1) and Beauty and the Beast (Mrs.Potts). She is so excited to be working at Once Upon a Daydream Parties and making lasting members for kids and families alike.
Amanda Cesario is thrilled to be working with Once Upon A Daydream Parties to bring magic to dreamers and young dreamers at heart! Amanda has performed in various different roles such as “Julia Sullivan” in The Wedding Singer, “Gertrude Mcfuzz” in Seussical and “Rizzo” in Grease. Amanda is a certified Elementary School Teacher and loves educating children. She can’t wait to spread joy and create memories with the princes and princesses on Long Island
Gabby Maresco is a New York based actor, singer, content creator, & writer who just finished her Freshman Year at the Crane School of Music. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a concentration in voice, a minor in musical theatre, and a vocal performance certificate! Some of her favorite credits include Johanna in “Sweeney Todd”, Gertrude in “Seussical”, and Chris Gorman in “Rumors”, amongst many others. She is overjoyed to be able to create some magic and miracles on Long Island!
Tommy has been an actor and musician at heart since he was a child. He spent many years acting in high school and has just recently returned to the stage in late 2021. While he has been removed from the world of theatre for quite a while, he spent that time gaining much experience in the world of live music. With such a passion for the arts, Tommy loves nothing more than performing and inspiring the youth to pursue their dreams! Some of his favorite roles include: Billy Crocker in Anything Goes, Johnny in American Idiot, Bernstein in Dogfight and most of all, “Alonzo” whenever he is playing with his band. (Alonzo is his middle/stage name)
Meredith Julia Muirhead is a BFA drama major at Hofstra University and is absolutely delighted to be making magic with Once Upon A Daydream Parties! Meredith has performed across several Long Island stages over the years, playing roles such as Carrie in “Carrie” and Girl/Time in “Everybody.” A born and raised singer and storyteller, Meredith loves to bring joy and light wherever she goes. She can’t wait to create beautiful memories with the young princes and princesses of Long Island!
Annika Low is a New York City-based crossover artist in musical theatre and opera; favorite credits include Christine Daaé in The Phantom of the Opera, Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, and Hope Harcourt in Anything Goes. She is so excited to be a part of Once Upon a Daydream Parties and can't wait to help make magic happen!
Bella LeBlanc is currently pursuing a BFA in musical theatre at the American Musical Dramatic Academy. Bella has been a part of several theatre productions including Les Miserables (Cosette), Legally Blonde (Brooke Whyndam) and Suessical (Mayzie) amongst many others. She is thrilled to be making magic with young princes and princesses across Long Island!
Baylee Payne is currently a Senior at LIU Post, Pershing a degree in Musical Theatre. Baylee has been a part of numerous theatrical productions including Catch Me if You Can (Brenda), Kinky Boots (Lauren), and her most recent Musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella where she played the role of Ella. Baylee absolutely loves being around young princes and princesses and can’t wait to make dreams come true at your party!
Kara Joy Fish is a Senior BFA Musical Theatre major at LIU Post and is so excited for the magical experience of being part of a princess company! She has participated in many princess teas in the past, but nothing as extravagant as Once Upon a Daydream. She has previously portrayed many wonderful characters such as: “Fairy Godmother” in Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, “Ariel” in Don Zolidis’ Game of Tiaras, and “Morticia” in The Addams Family Musical.
Abbie is delighted to be working with Once Upon a Daydream Parties and bringing the magic of princesses to children! A BFA student in musical theatre at LIU Post, Abbie has also studied at summer programs such as The Performing Arts Project. She has performed for and worked with children extensively, including as a performer in The Georgetown Palace Theatre’s children’s production of Miss Nelson is Missing and teaching young children in a dance studio. Abbie’s performing credits also include The Little Mermaid with CYT Austin, Iolanthe with Gilbert and Sullivan Austin, and Beneath the Trees with Blue Knight Entertainment.
Kaela is a Brooklyn-based recent graduate of LIU Post with a degree in Musical Theatre. She loves to make magical moments happen wherever she goes, regardless of whether she is in character or just being herself. Some of her favorite roles so far have been Brooke Whyndam (Legally Blonde) and Narrator (Into the Woods). She has a passion for all things sparkly, and her love of family entertainment makes her so excited to meet the next generation of princes, princesses, and superheroes!
