Company Policies

Please note that all  parties have a 15 child maximum in the base price. Each additional child is $10

  • Excludes Princess Playdate Package


All Parties are inclusive of admin fees and travel costs as long as they are within a 15 mile radius of Wantagh, NY. The cost thereafter will be an additional $1.00 per mile for each mile over the 15 mile cap, including travel to and from the party or event location. For parties including 3 or more staff members, there is an additional $0.25 per staff per mile after the 15 mile base.


Week-of bookings may be subject to additional fees


Weather Policy:

Due to the nature of our costumes and wigs, parties will need to be held indoors or on a dedicated rain date during times of inclement weather (i.e. rain, snow)


Cancellation Policy:

Within the cost of the package prices listed on our site includes a 10% booking fee. Once the deposit is paid, you may cancel your party prior to one week before the party with a refund of 90% with the 10% being the booking fee. During the week before the party, the refund will be 80% with a 20% booking fee. 


Due to different trainings and party layouts, we do not work with other character entertainment companies at parties or events during the same allotted time.
